The Kansas Jayhawks finally got their revenge against the Texas Longhorns in an 85-73 victory in the Big 12 championship game.
Kansas, the regular season champion as well, was still fuming from their loss earlier this season to Texas in Phog Allen Fieldhouse.
The Jayhawks and Longhorns exchanged words in the moments leading up to the game, but Kansas dominated much of the way.
Kansas had six players finish in double figures, including all five starters. Tyshawn Taylor was sensational, finishing with a team-high 20 points, five assists and four rebounds. (Read More…)

The Kansas Jayhawks kept the pressure on the Texas Longhorns with a 64-51 victory over the Texas A&M Aggies.
Marcus and Markieff Morris each scored 13 points to lead the Jayhawks, who overcame a poor shooting stretch in the first half.
The low scoring output from the Jayhawks was a result of the Aggies plodding style designed to slow them down.
The win secured at least a share of the Big 12 title with Texas, but head coach Bill Self said it wasn’t something to celebrate. (Read More…)

The Kansas Jayhawks continued their recent beatdowns of Big 12 opponents with an 88-66 win over the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Oddly enough, it was the first time that Kansas has won in Lubbock since 2003, so they haven’t dominated Texas Tech of late.
Marcus Morris lead the Jayhawks in scoring with 18 points while Thomas Robinson chipped in 17 and nine rebounds.
Kansas never trailed in the game and build a 21-point lead by halftime. They did not look back the rest of the way. (Read More…)
